Challenge: Encourage users to reach out to the important people in their life and
re-establish meaningful connections.
Insight: As people get older their friends and loved ones get married, get jobs in different states, or just don’t stay in touch . It is harder for some people to make connections when the people that they grew close with begin to move away.
Likes on social media, looking through someone’s feed or timeline, or throwing a quick comment onto a post won’t reconnect you as much as a genuine conversation.
